About this role …

An excellent opportunity has arisen to join our multi-cultural Housekeeping team as a Housekeeping Supervisor.

You’ll be working as part of the Housekeeping management team ensuring all bedrooms, bathrooms and public areas are cleaned sanitised and set to a high standard – with the ultimate aim being our guests have a positive and memorable experience.

What we’re looking for …

·        You will need to have had previous experience in either cleaning rooms or supervising a team of people.

·        You will need to be able to take responsibility for the day to day running of Housekeeping in a venue

·        You will need to be hands on and able to use your initiative and work alone where needed

·        Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

·        You must be standards driven with a passion for cleanliness and an eye for detail is key!

·        The natural urge to be helpful

·        Someone who is hardworking and a team player and wants to progress

·        Flexibility to work on a rota basis across seven days a week

·        Someone who is a people person, a smile goes a long way!

·        Someone who will embrace the Wyboston culture
