About this Role…

We are looking for a dynamic Housekeeping Manager to join our passionate Housekeeping team.

You will be working as an integral part of the Housekeeping Management team alongside the Accommodation Services Manager to ensure all bedrooms, bathrooms, and public areas are cleaned and set to a high standard – with the ultimate aim being our guests and clients have a positive and most memorable experience.

What we’re looking for…

  • It is essential you have had previous experience in Housekeeping Management with great people skills.
  • You will have the responsibility for the day to day running of housekeeping department across the resort so organisational skills are key.
  • The role is hands on so you will be required to use your initiative using innovative ways to get the job done.
  • Someone who is both looking for and enjoys a challenge at work.
  • You will be standards driven with a passion for cleanliness and an eye for detail is key to the role!
  • Someone who is hardworking, a team player and can develop team members, through coaching, training and mentoring.
  • Flexibility to work on a rota basis across seven days a week.
  • Someone who is a people person, a smile goes a long way!
  • Someone who will embrace the Wyboston culture
