Room Attendant – Temple Bar Hotel Dublin
Temple Bar Hotel Dublin is seeking reliable and motivated Room Attendants to join our Accommodation team at our vibrant four-star property, located in the heart of the city.
Role Overview
As a Room Attendant, you will report to the Accommodation Manager and Supervisors. You will work closely with the wider Accommodation and Front Office teams to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and guest satisfaction throughout the hotel.
Key Responsibilities
Clean and service guest bedrooms and bathrooms to the hotel’s required standards
Ensure rooms are fully stocked with amenities, linen, and supplies
Report any maintenance issues, damages, or missing items to the Supervisor promptly
Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and queries
Collect and dispose of rubbish and dirty linen from guest rooms and corridors
Deliver and collect guest laundry requests where required
Maintain cleanliness of corridors, service areas, and linen rooms
Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and correctly
Support the overall cleanliness of the hotel, both Front and Back of House
Deal with guest complaints in a professional manner and notify management when necessary
Take pride and ownership in your area of work, maintaining high attention to detail
Follow all health, safety, and hygiene procedures
Requirements for the Role
Previous experience as a Room Attendant or in a cleaning role is desirable but not essential – full training will be provided
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage time effectively
Good teamwork and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards
Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and public holidays as required
Reliability, enthusiasm, and a positive, proactive attitude
