As a member of our bar team, you will play a pivotal role in crafting exceptional cocktails and delivering outstanding service to our guests. Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a diverse range of cocktails with precision and creativity, adhering to House of George W. Davies standards of excellence.

• Engage with guests to provide recommendations, share knowledge about our cocktails, wine and create memorable experiences.

• Maintain cleanliness and organisation behind the bar, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Uphold a high level of professionalism and hospitality at all times, fostering a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for our guests.
