Description
MUST HAVES:
a sound understanding of computer navigation and strong communication skills both verbal and written. Must have good listening skills, be detail oriented, and have a clear speaking voice. The ability to accurately record information is necessary and previous experience in a troubleshooting environment is a plus
PRIMARY DUTIES:
• Responsible for fielding inquiries from NYC residents related to city oriented issues and PCH participants regarding notifications and preferences
• Provide accurate information in a timely, professional and courteous format
• Overall strong knowledge of product through training, close counsel with floor support and interaction with quality assurance
