Reporting to the Director of Human Resources and Director of Finance, you will take ownership of monthly payroll while supporting a broader range of HR functions across the full employee lifecycle. From payroll and pensions to benefits, employee relations and colleague engagement, you will be a trusted and discreet partner to both the HR team and operational leaders across the hotel. What We Are Looking For
You will bring solid payroll experience — ideally within hospitality or a similarly fast-paced environment — paired with a genuine interest in the human side of HR. You are detail-oriented without being rigid, professional without being distant, and you understand that in a luxury environment, how you do something matters as much as what you do.
A working knowledge of UK payroll legislation and benefits administration is essential. Experience with HRIS systems and a comfort with data and reporting will serve you well in this role.
