Description
With the garden opening this month, and wedding season on the horizon- we are looking to add a strong, experienced & professional individual to our Captain team. This position has room for growth in the long-term as we are expanding the business in 2015.
The following experience/attributes are required:
-New York serving and bartending
-Restaurant management
-Large group or private dining management or service
-Hospitality-oriented work ethic
-Strong leadership skills
-Professional, warm & humble attitude

NYC Restaurant Management Experience (1+ Years)
Knowledge of basic economic & accounting principles/practices
Knowledge of human resource management principles & procedures
Experience / Knowledge in Inventory Management
Experience / Knowledge in Sales
Speaks French
Speaks Spanish
Ability to read, write & speak fluent English
Experience with Open Table
Experience with POS System
ServSafe / Food Handlers Certification
Able to Work Weekends
Reliable Transportation
