Job Requirements
-Maintain integrity of service, visit tables while on the floor to solicit feedback, help on floor when necessary
-Ensure ambiance of restaurant including music, lighting and flowers, etc. are in compliance with the standards of the company
-Train FOH staff in accordance with the standards of company policies and guidelines, ensuring proper knowledge of all company policies and procedures, rules and regulations
-Assist in training and evaluating all dining room personnel and enforces food and beverage policies and procedures
-Ensure sanitation compliance throughout restaurant
-Handle customer complaints
