About us:

Bringing the laid back and vibrant 'island style' to Central London, we're a Hawaiian grab-and-go restaurant serving an interactive offering of poké (a deconstructed sushi if you didn't know!).

We genuinely love to share the spirit of Aloha with our customers and employees and now have many sites across Central London - but this is just the beginning! We are set to expand considerably in the near future so there’s plenty of opportunity to grow and progress with us.

Stay calm under pressure and are proactive and reliable
Are punctual and manage your time efficiently
Are passionate about your role, the team and the growth of Island Poké

The ‘day to day’ as a Poké Pro includes:

Running the perfect shift
Positively guiding new and old ambassadors
Taking lead in the opening/closing of your site
Encouraging a fun, lively and team focussed environment
Prep, running, tills, bases, toppings and deliveries
Exhibiting your best Aloha filled service to all customers
Living and breathing our values
