THE POSITION
Summer Ops is seeking a Sous Chef / Assistant Kitchen Manager with significant high volume restaurant operations experience for Grand Banks, Pilot, and Island Oyster.

JOB OVERVIEW
As a team leader, a role model, and problem solver, the Kitchen Manager will ensure the daily operational success of our award-winning kitchen and back of house team. Working closely with nationally-acclaimed executive chef Kerry Heffernan, the Kitchen Manager will collaborate on the creation and execution of new items, menus, and seasonal changes. Specific responsibilities include: leading an celebrated, high quality food program; the hiring, development, and day to day oversight of kitchen staff; and the achievement of financial goals through oversight of inventory and food cost management.
