It's Bagels is an artisan, New York-style bagel bakery serving fresh, hand-rolled bagels that are mixed, rolled, boiled and baked on site, alongside great coffee and warm, energetic hospitality.
We care about quality, pace, personality and doing things properly.
We are a growing business, but we want every shop to feel local, welcoming and full of character.

The Role:
Team Members are at the heart of It's Bagels.
You will welcome guests, build and serve bagels, work the till, support coffee service, prepare ingredients and keep the shop clean, stocked and ready. You do not need to arrive knowing everything - but you do need energy, pride, reliability and a willingness to learn.

What You'll Do: 
- Give every guest a warm, confident welcome and follow our guest journey.
- Take orders accurately, use the till and communicate clearly with guests and the kitchen team.
- Prepare, build, wrap and serve bagels to the correct specification.
- Learn food preparation, ingredient handling and station set-up.
- Support coffee and drinks service where trained.
- Keep counters, equipment, guest areas and back-of-house spaces clean and organised.
- Follow food safety, allergen, handwashing and hygiene procedures every time.
- Restock throughout the shift and tell the shift leader before products run low.
- Work quickly and positively with the whole team during busy periods.
- Complete training and learn the It's Bagels standards for your role.

What We're Looking For:
-  A friendly personality and confidence speaking to people.
- Pride in your work and a willingness to learn.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to work at pace and stay positive under pressure.
- Good communication and teamwork.
- Comfortable with a physical role involving standing, lifting, cleaning and repetitive tasks.
- Previous hospitality experience is useful but not essential for the right person.
- Availability for mornings and weekends.
