Description
We are seeking an experienced Pastry Shift Leader to join our Team in our mission to Change the World through the Power of Food!
What we would like from you:
Leverage and demonstrate baking and pastry arts skills and techniques to confidently prep a high-volume of pastries and desserts.
Possess advanced knowledge, understanding, and ability of how to prepare fillings, cakes, pastries, and basic doughs.
Seamlessly work with an energetic and positive kitchen team to prepare and reproduce menu items, which will exceed our guests' expectations. A passion for continuous learning and discovery by embracing an active and innovative approach to expanding your knowledge of food and beverage.
A minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a pastry cook in a high-volume hospitality entity.
College degree or certificate in baking and pastry arts or relevant field preferred.
