We are looking for an Office Administrator to join our Team
in our mission to Change the World through the Power of Food!
Working closely with the FOH and BOH teams, the Office
Administrator will help with numerous human resources and accounting-related
tasks. This role plays an integral role in the restaurant’s day-to-day
operations. Ideally, the Office Administrator should possess an eye for detail,
excellent recordkeeping and organizational skills, the ability to handle
confidential/sensitive information with care, and the desire to help set others
up for success.
A minimum of 1 year of human resources experience is preferred.
Hospitality industry experience preferred.
Accounting experience and knowledge is a plus.
Responsibilities/Tasks:
· Maintain office supply and uniform inventory
· Check employee timecards and tip sharing records for each day
· Process invoices for payment
· Liaise with Disney World to complete financial reports and maintenance logs, and to ensure accurate/updated employee records and reservation templates are on file
· Reconcile the restaurant’s cash banks and nightly deposits
· Submit and review bi-weekly payroll for all hourly employees
· Complete critical paperwork, e.g., employee/guest incident reports and send to appropriate parties
· Assist in all steps of the hiring process: sending offer letters and onboarding paperwork, running background checks, reviewing I9s, E-Verify, etc.
· Aid employees with HR-related requests and benefits enrollment
· Help managers and chefs with any administrative requests
