Jean-Georges Management Seeking Restaurant Project Manager.
Based in New York, the Restaurant Project Manager is responsible for ensuring that the design standards are met across our network of restaurants. Working in collaboration with our property level managers and reporting into the Director of New Restaurant Openings and Training, the Restaurant Project Manager conducts daily walkthroughs of the restaurants, utilizing Jean-Georges Management design guides to identify challenges and implement improvement plans.
In addition to overseeing the visual standards of our restaurants, the Restaurant Project Manager works closely with the CEO and leadership team to support key design initiatives for the restaurants, including sourcing items for tabletop, furniture, vintage goods, lighting, finishes and other materials.
The Restaurant Project Manager is responsible for coordinating directly with vendors, designers, artists, architects, contractors, florists and other trades that are involved in the overall design of our restaurants. During new restaurant openings, and renovations/design updates for existing restaurants, the Restaurant Project Manager will help create new design guides, and may join virtual and in-person design work sessions from time to time.
The ideal candidate is proficient in Microsoft Suite and Photoshop (or another similar editing software) and is self-motivated and results-driven.
