in the flexibility of working part-time, with shifts offered to you by our
app for you to accept or not? If you can commit to at least two weekends work a month (or more if you'd like to include weekdays), we have roles for enthusiastic and committed beginners to seasoned professionals. |
| What we offer: Across different points in the year, we are actively recruiting casual weekend staff for a variety of roles, with rates depending on the role. While our casual colleagues do not participate in the company's Team Incentive Scheme, we do offer our casual staff enhanced hourly rates for hours worked on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays (when we are busiest across our restaurants). Waiters / waitresses - basic hourly rate of £14.66, plus an additional 6.12% to cover annual leave, giving a total rate of £15.56 per hour, with an enhanced weekend rate totalling £17.00 per hour. Food runners (this front-of-house role does not include taking alcohol orders, and is applicable for applicants between 16 and 17 years old) - basic hourly rate of £13.59, plus an additional 6.12% to cover annual leave, giving a total rate of £14.42 per hour, with an enhanced weekend rate totalling £14.86 per hour. Our employees also have access to a generous benefits package, including meals provided while on duty, and staff discount across our restaurant and café businesses. |

The coffee bar on the site of the ceramics factory and showroom was the beginning of Jersey Pottery Restaurants (which is now called JPRestaurants), which is still family-owned and managed by the third generation.
