The Cook is responsible for preparing cooked food items and must be proficient in all station functions, including fry, flat-top griddle, pantry, and egg preparation. This role requires communicating ticket times and any potential issues to the manager on duty and servers as needed. The associate will also complete other duties as assigned by management, provided they are capable of performing them, and consistently deliver the highest level of service to both customers and coworkers. This position will require cooks to handle and process raw meats and seafood.
Qualifications:
- 1 year of cook experience in a full-service restaurant
- Food handling certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to handle and process raw meats and seafood
- Customer services and professional kitchen etiquette
- Ability to commute to JFK Airport
