Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous experience as a cook in a full-service restaurant, hotel, or similar food service establishment preferred.
  • Knowledge of cooking techniques, food preparation methods, and kitchen operations.
  • Understanding of food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to follow recipes, instructions, and portion control requirements accurately.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and safely handle kitchen equipment.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Food Handler's Permit or ServSafe Certification preferred, where required by local regulations
