Catering Manager

We are looking for a Catering Manager to help lead the rapid growth of Just Salad’s catering business. This person will be instrumental in helping us scale our catering initiatives.

You will be responsible for fostering new and current digital client lists while partnering with Operations to deliver a great customer experience.

We are looking to fill this role by 2 different people: one based in Chicago and the other based in South Florida. This position is hybrid.

Reports to: Director of Catering

Responsibilities:

• Reaching out to existing clients in Chicago and Florida to place orders (corporate or B2B).
• Working with stores to set up tasting events for office manager and prospective clients.
• Canvassing neighborhood businesses and commercial buildings with corporate clients to seek out new sales opportunities.
• Meet weekly and monthly target sales goals.
• Maintaining relationships and following up post-orders to receive feedback.
• Work closely with operations and store managers to ensure orders are fulfilled correctly.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 2-5 years of catering sales or sales related experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multitask – lunch rush can get busy!
• Highly organized and strong attention to detail
• Goal orientated and sales driven
• Has a strong sense of urgency and is highly motivated and pro-active
• Ability to manage multiple projects and act quickly and effectively to provide solutions
• Data-driven and results oriented
• Experience establishing new & maintaining relationships with clients
