Reports to Supply Chain and Sustainability Director 

This position is based in our NYC office

Position Description:
The Supply Chain and Sustainability team is responsible for overseeing the procurement process across all food and packaging categories and managing Just Salad’s sustainability initiatives. As a Fellow, you will lead a sustainability-focused project in one of the following areas:

  • Reusable packaging tracking and reporting
  • Energy efficiency
  • Ton-mile tracking and carbon footprint reporting
  • B Corp Certification management
  • Compost program management

Additionally, you will have the opportunity to assist with supply chain management functions, such as price auditing, usage forecasting, seasonal menu launch management, menu R&D, and other tasks as needed.

This position will report to the Supply Chain and Sustainability Manager.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Strong data analysis skills
  • Experience working with large datasets (e.g., Excel, SQL)
  • Coursework and/or job experience in sustainability and/or procurement

 Time Commitment & Compensation:

  • 40 hours per week (FT) 
  • Free Just Salad lunch while working
  • Weekly Stipend ($400-$600/week) pending on experience
  • June 3, 2025 - August 22, 2025 (12 weeks)
