Just Salad is looking for a talented, creative, hard-working individual to join its marketing team as an intern for Spring 2026.
Location: NYC Office - This position is in our office (not remote)
Reports to: Senior Field Marketing Manager
Internship Responsibilities:
Creator Discovery & Outreach: Identify, research, and engage micro-influencers across Instagram and TikTok to support store openings, VIP experiences, and local activations.
Influencer Relationship Management: Assist with outreach, scheduling visits, managing communications, and maintaining positive, ongoing relationships with creators.
Content-First Activations: Support influencer-driven moments that encourage authentic, social-first content highlighting Just Salad’s menu, in-store experience, and brand values.
Social & Influencer Tracking: Maintain influencer trackers including handles, follower counts, engagement rates, visit details, and content links.
Event & Visit Support: Help coordinate influencer visits tied to new store openings, tastings, food festivals, and community events.
Trend Monitoring: Track social trends, viral formats, audio, and competitor influencer activity to inform outreach and content direction.
Content Recaps & Insights: Assist in compiling post-visit recaps, screenshots, and performance insights from influencer content.
Day-Of Problem Solving: Help troubleshoot last-minute changes or issues related to influencer visits or content capture.
Our ideal intern would have the following qualities:
Passionate about social media, influencers, and creator culture.
Actively uses Instagram and TikTok and understands what performs well on each platform.
Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in spreadsheets and trackers.
Strong written communication skills and confident drafting outreach messages.
Calm under pressure and able to adapt quickly in live environments.
Recent graduate (marketing, communications, media, liberal arts, or related field).
Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
Passion for food, beverage, and lifestyle brands.
Creative, personable, and fun to work with.
Fast learner with a proactive, “figure it out” mindset.
Time Commitment & Compensation:
Monday - Friday
40 hours per week
