Description

Just Salad is looking for a talented and hard-working individual to join its operations team as an intern for Summer 2026! They will support the operations team with food safety, store coordination, and delivery platform management across restaurant locations.

Location: Corporate Office (1350 Avenue of the Americas, Suite 730) 

Reports to: Director of Ops Services

Internship Responsibilities:

  • Assist with food safety tracking and quality assurance tasks
  • Help coordinate maintenance and property-related requests
  • Support updates to delivery platforms (menus, hours, troubleshooting)
  • Maintain records, permits, and vendor information
  • Assist with new store opening tasks and general operations support 
Our ideal intern would have the following qualities: 
  • Interest in food service, hospitality, or operations
  • Strong organization and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and proactive
  • Comfortable with basic digital tools (Google Suite)
  • Excellent writing, communication, and research skills. 
  • Fast learner & quick worker. 
Time Commitment & Compensation: 
  • Full Time ~ 40 hours per week Monday - Friday 
  • Free lunch while working 
  • 12 weeks (June 1, 2026 to August 21, 2026)
  • Hourly Pay ($17.00/hr to $17.50/hr)
