With over 50 years of combined experience in restaurant finance, operations, marketing, technology and real estate, we think local first to build customer-centric teams, deep community partnerships, and deliver strong, long-term financial results. <br><br>From its opening in 1975 at Burnet Ave in Syracuse, NY to today, the Brooklyn Pickle has been well known for its overstuffed sandwiches, huge subs, homemade soups & desserts, best-in-class catering, and our friendly fast-paced atmosphere. Many things have changed over the years but the Brooklyn Pickle has consistently delivered on its mission of serving amazing food with a smile, at a great price.<br><br>The Brooklyn Pickle currently has three locations in Syracuse and one each in Utica, NY and Southern Pines, NC. Raleigh (early May) and Charlotte (late May-early June) will be the 2nd and 3rd Brooklyn Pickle restaurants in North Carolina with more to come!
