Line Cook

Neighborhood restaurant (10.5 years in business) is looking for a line cook. Candidates must be proactive self-starters who play well with others and stay cool under pressure. We run friendly and respectful atmosphere with a very small crew and seek a long-term addition to our team.

Lunch, Brunch and Dinner
Full-Time

Requirements:
- minimum 2 years NYC experience on grill, sauté and garde manger stations
- experience with working line efficiently - organization and cleanliness
- ability to work min 3 tickets at the same time
- experience with working brunch
- positive attitude with the ability to lead and teach by example
- the role consists of prep work and line work
- room for growth - career opportunity
