We are seeking a proactive Sales & Events Manager to drive new business, maximise venue utilisation, and increase revenue through corporate events, private dining, brand activations, and strategic partnerships. This is a full-time Monday–Friday role with an attractive KPI-based commission structure. 

 Key Responsibilities (but not limited to)

• Generate new business through proactive prospecting and networking. 
• Build relationships with corporate clients, agencies, concierge services, luxury brands and event planners. 
• Manage the sales pipeline from enquiry to confirmed booking. 
• Maximise revenue across all venue spaces and improve revenue per square foot. 
• Create proposals, negotiate contracts and deliver seamless event handovers. 
• Maintain CRM records and encourage repeat business. 
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity. 

Candidate Profile 

• Proven hospitality/events sales experience. 
• Strong commercial mindset and hunter mentality. 
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills. 
• Knowledge of London's premium hospitality market preferred. 
• Organised, self-motivated and results-driven.
