We are looking for warm, genuine and thoughtful hosts to join our team, who can provide our guests with top-tier hospitality and an unforgettable experience.

The ideal candidate would possess the following skills:
• A minimum of two years of host experience in a casual fine dining, or fine dining environment.
• Strong Organizational skills
• An incredible sense of urgency.
• The ability to anticipate guests' service needs.
• A positive attitude, and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• Experience with SeatMe and/or OpenTable is a plus
• Full & open availability, daytime and weekends preferred. Flexible schedules can be accommodated.

Major Responsibilities
• Greet and seat guests
• Present menus to guest
• Create and organize wait lists
• Manage floor plan
• Answer phone and answer any questions regarding the menu and restaurant
• Interact with guests as they leave the restaurant in order to ensure a positive dining experience

Essential Physical Requirements
• Standing during the entire scheduled shift
• Reaching, bending, and stooping frequently
• Be able to carry up to 15 lbs.

Kapow Noodle Bar! is the latest endeavor from South Florida restaurateurs Scott Frielich, Vaughan Dugan & Rodney Mayo located in downtown West Palm Beach. Kapow Noodle Bar aims to be one of the most exciting new restaurants in the area that combines contemporary Southeast Asian cuisine with a South Florida vibe to elevate the dining and lounge experience.

Kapow is an industry innovator led by Corporate Executive Chef Tim Nickey and his hand-picked team committed to making Kapow’s signature dishes impeccable, totally fun and gastronomically addictive. Dishes like Thai Style Beef Jerky, Char Sui Pork Belly Bao Buns, Truffled Mushroom Chow Fun, Peking Duck and our house-made Thai Donuts are bound to make taste buds dance. Modern takes on classic main dishes include a Hong Kong "Steak Frites", Crackling Pork Shank "Moo Shu" and his personal twist on pad thai and Vietnamese chicken wings.
