The Role
As a Cafe Chef, you will be responsible for creating a wide range of food, desserts, and baked goods that delight our customers. The Cafe Chef will be responsible for menu development, food preparation, kitchen management, and ensuring a positive dining experience for our customers.
Responsibilities include
- Create and update the cafe menu, considering seasonal ingredients, customer preferences, and dietary restrictions.
- Introduce innovative and appealing dishes to enhance the cafe's culinary offerings.
- Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations, including ingredient sourcing, inventory management, and equipment maintenance.
- Collaborate with Cafe staff to ensure a smooth workflow and timely preparation of orders.
