Description

We are looking for a fantastic Hospitality & Events Staff to work with us on an exciting activation at Terrace Restaurant inside the National Theatre as well as a Summer Market on London’s iconic South Bank. We need talented, enthusiastic team players to deliver an excellent hospitality experience for all guests.


The role suits someone hungry to get involved with KERB, with a keen eye for detail, good communication skills and an understanding of both casual & formal dining. Ideally you will have a grasp of the street food world and previous experience working within a “pop-up” environment however most importantly you will have a can-do attitude with the hunger and expertise to push the F&B offering at the National Theatre to a new level.


To be considered for a role with us you will have:


  • experience in hospitality or events however this isn’t a dealbreaker  

  • Experience delivering exceptional hospitality ideally in conference & banqueting environment

  • Welcome guests to events and provide them with helpful information that will enhance their experience

  • Excellent people skills, confident in dealing with customer queries 

  • Following instructions from Event Management

  • Ensuring the cleanliness, operational efficiency and maintenance of designated areas

  • Attention for detail

  • A positive and flexible attitude, with the ability to think laterally and willing to problem solve

  • A love of food

  • Outstanding hustle 

  • Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays

 

All the necessary training will be provided
