What we look for in an Assistant Manager:

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager who thrives in a busy, late-night pub and is ready to play a key role in driving the business forward. You'll lead shifts, support and develop the team, and help deliver a great experience for every guest. The role includes light food preparation alongside bar and floor management, so you'll need to be happy working across all areas of the business. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to develop their career, with a clear pathway to a Deputy Manager role.
