We are looking for a CDP who will work alongside our current head chef of over 40 years, as well as fully staffed kitchen team. We are a flourishing business in the heart of Roehampton, and use seasonal British ingredients to make up our incredible ever-changing menu. With our vision to make this the next foodie hot spot in the south west. We are looking for an experienced CDP who can support a kitchen during the festive period, we also offer bespoke training plan so if a role as a Sous chef is within your career ambitions we will ensure training courses and in house training are part of your everyday.
Our current menu and menus going forward have sole creation in house so a creative flare and passion for food is essential. We will require festive period working including Christmas day.

We are looking for an existing Chef de Partie or an excellent Commis Chef looking for their next step, who considers themselves to have a passion and flare for producing quality fresh food in an environment that makes people feel welcome. As the successful Chef de Partie you will:
