Role Overview: As the Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of our busy gastro pub. You’ll be responsible for supporting the General Manager in running the site efficiently, ensuring the highest standards of service, food quality, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop a team of front-of-house and kitchen staff, ensuring everyone works cohesively to deliver excellent customer service.

Customer Service: Ensure an outstanding customer experience, handling any guest concerns or complaints in a professional manner.
Financial Management: Assist in managing budgets, stock control, and inventory to ensure profitability.
Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure all safety and hygiene standards are met, and all health regulations are followed.
Training & Development: Identify training needs and provide support to develop team skills and knowledge.
Event Coordination: Help organize and manage special events, promotions, and seasonal offerings.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within a hospitality environment (gastro pubs or restaurants preferred).
Leadership Skills: A natural leader with a passion for team development and a hands-on approach.
