The Role
As our Head Chef, you will be the creative force behind the kitchen. You’ll have full autonomy to:
Design and develop all menus
Create daily changing specials that reflect seasonality, creativity, and your personal style
Lead, train, and inspire a talented kitchen team
Maintain high standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation
Manage stock, GP, ordering, and kitchen operations
Ensure compliance with all food safety and hygiene standards
