JOB SUMMARY
As a Banqueting Sous Chef in Kitchen, you will be responsible for creating exceptional experiences for our associates. Your tasks as a Banqueting Sous Chef will include but not be limited to:
· Assist in the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring that all meals are prepared to the highest standards.
· Monitor food preparation and portion sizes, ensuring consistency and compliance with recipes and hotel standards.
· Assist in managing inventory, including ordering supplies, checking deliveries, and ensuring proper storage.
· Monitor stock levels and ensure that ingredients are fresh and available as needed.
· Ensure that all dishes leaving the kitchen meet the hotel’s standards for taste, quality, and presentation.
