JOB SUMMARY
As a Banqueting Demi Chef De Partie, you will support the senior chefs in delivering high-quality food for conferences, weddings, and large-scale events. You will assist in the preparation, production, and presentation of dishes across plated service, buffets, and bespoke event menus. You will manage designated sections during banqueting service, ensuring consistency, precision, and excellence in high-volume, time-sensitive environments. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to perform effectively under pressure.
