We are seeking a full time, experienced and dynamic Restaurant Reservationist for KOL*. With team members from all backgrounds, we share in our approach to deliver personality driven service in a relaxed and nurturing environment.

Restaurant Reservationist - Who we are - The Restaurant

Michelin Starred - KOL is Chef Santiago Lastra’s take on Mexican cuisine. The restaurant uses the best of British ingredients, wild food and seasonality to create dishes that reflect the bright fresh flavours of Mexico. The restaurant has an exciting wine list which focuses on natural and biodynamic wines from across Central and Eastern Europe, along with an incredible agave list.

 Restaurant Reservationist - What We Are Looking For

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferable along with an understanding of the SevenRooms reservation system and Microsoft Office
• To effectively manage reservations and walk-ins to maximise covers of the restaurant during service
• Welcoming, friendly and engaging personality
• The ability to work under pressure with excellent attention to detail and communication skills
• To be able to juggle face to face, telephone and email enquiries in a polite and professional manner
• Immaculate personal presentation
• Strong command of the English language and excellent written skills
• A desire to create an incredible and intuitive dining experience for all our guests
• A passion for food, wine and service
