We are opening our newest Kricket in Canary Wharf this summer and are looking for a special GM to lead our opening Team!

Opening under the railway tracks in Canary Wharfs North Docks, our new restaurant will be a stunning 85 cover site which will serve lunch and dinner. Additionally, the adjoining SOMA 2.0 will reflect the minimalist, award-winning design of our original Soho bar. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a very stunning site working closely out co-founders Rik and Will.

The Group  
Kricket is a collection of modern Indian restaurants combining British ingredients with the flavours and aromas of India. Having started life in a 20-seater shipping container at Pop Brixton, Kricket now operates three permanent locations in Brixton, Soho and White City. The group is looking to grow further further in London and internationally. Service with soul is a must at Kricket. You will be joining a people focused group who value the highest standards of service and passionate about driving guest experiences to our Kricket ethos -  fast, approachable, knowledgeable and fun!

You will be responsible for the smooth running of day-to-day operations - from delivering best in class service standards, maintaining our fantastic culture to working together with senior management to help improve Kricket in all aspects -

  • We look to manager to lead with empathy, your role is to take care of people under your wing
  • a charismatic and engaging personality, who understands our brand, team culture and most of all, our customers
  • positive leadership qualities - we aim to create an egoless culture with teamwork, inclusiveness and loyalty being the pillars of our brand
  • inspire and drive employee engagement to our usual Kricket service standards delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • the ability to exceed financial and business obligations and reach set financial goals 
  • passion for service, people and hospitality
