Having started life in a 20-seater shipping container at Pop Brixton, Kricket now operates permanent locations in Brixton, Soho and Shoreditch, alongside our award-winning bar concept, SOMA. The group is looking to grow further in London and internationally.

The role

You will support the General Manager by ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations from delivering best-in-class service standards, and maintaining our fantastic culture to working together with senior management to help improve Kricket in all aspects -

• We look to managers to lead with empathy, your role is to take care of people under your wing
• A charismatic and engaging personality, who understands our brand, team culture and most of all our customers
• Positive leadership qualities - we aim to create an egoless culture with teamwork, inclusiveness and loyalty being the pillars of our brand
