Chef Andrew Carmellini's front-of-house team is seeking CAFE BARISTAS to join them in a downtown chef-driven environment at LAFAYETTE in NoHo.
Ideal Candidates Posses:
*Experience with specialty coffee.
*Warm and gracious service approach, and the ability to create stellar guest experiences.
*Ability to assume full responsibility for cafe menu items and deliver excellent service. Micros POS experience a plus.
*The ability to function comfortably in busy environments.
