Following an exciting refurbishment and reopening, we’re looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Supervisor to join our friendly team.

What we’re looking for:

• At least 1 year’s experience in a supervisory role within a pub, restaurant, or similar hospitality venue
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
• A positive, hands-on approach and the ability to lead by example
• Confidence in motivating and supporting a team
• A genuine enthusiasm for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting the management team in the day-to-day running of the pub
• Leading shifts and ensuring outstanding service standards
• Helping to create a positive, welcoming atmosphere for both guests and colleagues
• Playing an important role in the continued success of The Lamb
