Line Cook

The Lambs Club, Geoffrey Zakarian's flagship fine dining restaurant is looking for a line cook. The restaurant is located off of Bryant Park inside the Chatwal Hotel. This is an ideal position for a recent culinary graduate or culinary professional looking to enhance their pastry career.
line cook duties include, but are not limited to:
Opening/Mid or Closing Shifts
Managing station mise en place
General production for the restaurant and private dining
Able to work under high pressure/fast paced environment

Candidates should have a great attitude, willingness to learn, with 1-3 years in the field and available to work weekends.
