We are currently looking for a passionate Casual Food & Beverage Attendant – The Park Restaurant, to join our Food & Beverage department on a casual basis, with an immediate start to join us in consistently delivering memorable moments and five star service to our guests and each other. It is important to us that everyone in the team brings positive energy to support our happy and fun environment, as we strive to build a community of diverse backgrounds and life experiences, where we care about careers and not just jobs.

As a  Casual  Food & Beverage Attendant – The Park Restaurant, your main duties and expectations for the role will include:

·         Welcomes guests as they enter the outlets (the “arrival experience”) with a smile and a clear Good morning/evening/afternoon.

·        Escorts guest to the table, presents menu, shows buffet, describes specials, and beverage list and uses available knowledge to exceed guests’ expectations.

·         Ensures every guest receives exceptional service of food & beverage according to the company policy, SOPs and AA and LQA standards from him/herself as well as other colleagues.

·        Reports any compliments/complaints immediately to Assistant Manager or Manager.
