As a  Switchboard Operator, you will be working within the Front of the Office Department and report directly to the Front Of Office Manager and Guest Relations Manager.

Key Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Provide an efficient and polite telecommunications service to AA & LQA standards for our guests and internal customers.
  • Redirect all external calls to the right departments and member of staff. 
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, outlook.
  • Assist guests with with any queries as per standards and communicate effectively with the Front of House Team. 
  • Review and manage the telephone directory . 
  • update guests reservations with special request. 
  • Help increasing the F&B revenue by making reservations for the F&B Outlets. 
All applicants must be legally eligible to work in the UK.
