We are currently looking for a passionate Casual Floor Porter, to join our Accommodation Services Department on a casual basis, with an immediate start to join us in consistently delivering memorable moments and five star service to our guests and each other. It is important to us that everyone in the team brings positive energy to support our happy and fun environment, as we strive to build a community of diverse backgrounds and life experiences.

As a Casual Floor Porter, your main duties and expectations for the role will include:

·         To daily sign in and sign out for a key and follow the departmental SOP

·         To ensure that there are enough stocks of linen and supplies in the pantries, and report any linen shortages to the Laundry team

·         Ensuring all guest rooms, guest floors, public areas, fire exits, stairways, service areas, and service rooms are maintained to the Hotel's                   standards

·        To personalise the service to our guests by using guest history where possible, and assist with any reasonable guest request

·         Being responsible for the maintenance of all Equipment, reporting any faults or defects to the Floor Supervisor

You will work the hours according to your availability and business needs, just notify your manager and they will schedule your shifts accordingly.
