We are currently looking for a passionate Assistant Reservations Manager, to join our Central Reservations Department on a permanent basis, with an immediate start to consistently deliver memorable moments and five star service to our guests and each other. As an Assistant Reservations Manager, your main duties and expectations for the role will include:
- Support the Central Reservations Manager in leading and supervising a centralized reservations team handling bookings and enquiries for three hotels and apartment properties, including F&B and Spa services.
- Assist with the preparation and management of team rotas and resource allocation (including holiday cover) to ensure effective coverage during peak and off-peak period.
- Monitor the distribution of incoming workload - including reservation calls, emails, and online enquiries - ensuring prompt response times and booking conversions.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of each property’s unique character, history, room types, facilities, outlets, packages, and promotions as well as property specific policies and procedures.
- Support the delivery of product knowledge to team members, ensuring they have in-depth knowledge or each property (room types, facilities, services etc.) including property specific policies and procedures.
You will be required to work such hours as are necessary to fulfil their duties and in any event not less than 40 hours.
