Bartenders
We're looking for energetic and talented Bartenders to join the team at Lavo - our bold, high-energy Italian restaurant at The BoTree in the heart of London.
As a Bartender, you'll bring theatre, pace and personality to every shift. Whether you're mixing classics or shaking up signatures, you'll deliver drinks with style and service with a smile - always keeping the bar buzzing and guests coming back.
We're after someone who:
- Has bar experience in lively, premium venues.
- Loves working fast and staying cool under pressure.
- Knows their spirits, cocktails and what makes a great guest experience.
- Is confident, charismatic, and thrives as part of a team
- Takes pride in their work and brings goods vibes to every shift.
