We are now seeking a motivated and reliable Barback to join our talented team at LAVO Bar, supporting the delivery of exceptional guest experiences.

As a Barback, you will play a key role in supporting the bar team to ensure smooth and efficient service, maintaining high standards, and contributing to a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support bartenders in the preparation and service of beverages
• Ensure the bar is fully stocked, clean, and well-organised at all times
• Maintain cleanliness of bar areas, glassware, and equipment
• Assist with opening and closing procedures
• Deliver excellent guest service through a proactive and positive approach
• Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a bar or hospitality environment (preferred but not essential)
• A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• A team player with a positive attitude
• Passion for hospitality and guest experience

Full-time onsite role: 40 hours per week, with a flexible rota including evenings and weekends.
