We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Events Operations Manager to lead the delivery of group bookings, private events and venue programming across the business, ensuring a consistent and high-quality approach to event execution in all areas.
The Role
Reporting to the Director of Food and Beverage, the Events Operations Manager is responsible for the planning, coordination and execution of all events across the hotel.
Working closely with Wellness, Food and Beverage, Nightlife and Hotel teams, this role ensures all events are delivered efficiently, safely and in line with operational and brand standards.
A highly organised and operationally focused leader, the Events Operations Manager will oversee the end-to-end delivery of events, ensuring all logistical, staffing and service elements are executed to a consistently high standard.
Key responsibilities include:- Plan, lead and coordinate all event operations across the hotel including 77 and Wellness areas
- Translate confirmed bookings into detailed operational plans, run sheets and event briefs
- Coordinate across multiple departments to ensure seamless event delivery
- Oversee event set-up, live execution and breakdown across all venues
- Manage live operations, ensuring service flow, guest movement and timings are controlled
- Act as the primary operational contact during events, resolving issues as they arise
- Ensure compliance with licensing laws, health and safety regulations and company standards
- Conduct post-event reviews, identifying improvements to process and delivery
About You
You are a highly organised and composed operator with a strong understanding of events and hospitality environments. You bring a structured, solutions-focused approach and are confident managing complex, fast-paced operations.
You are known for your ability to coordinate multiple teams, maintain control during live service and deliver consistent operational standards.

- Proven ability to manage live event operations in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership with a hands-on and collaborative approach
