We are seeking a highly organised Kitchen Administrator to join our dynamic culinary team! In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to ensure a smooth kitchen operation:
Details:
- Support the Executive Chef in managing employee queries
- Arrange food tastings and coordinate attendance
- Support Executive chef in handling HR and payroll tasks (e.g.) rota, absences etc
- Assist with recruitment of kitchen team with the Executive Chef
- Liaise with the Events team on kitchen-related events
- Walk around to ensure food safety, health & safety compliance, and overseeing kitchen maintenance
- Support purchasing, stock-taking, and supplier coordination
- Attend kitchen briefings and manage meeting agendas and minutes
- Manage all IT systems related to kitchen administration
- Previous experience in an administration/support role, ideally within hospitality
- Excellent organisational, time management and prioritisation abilities
- Strong communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team
- Availability to work full-time and under pressure
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United Kingdom
