Night Chef – The BoTree

Celebrating our second anniversary, The BoTree has been awarded the prestigious title of Conde Nast Best New Hotel 2025. Nestled between Marylebone and Mayfair, our luxury hotel boasts 199 stunning guest rooms, including 29 suites, the renowned LAVO restaurant, two unique bars, an exclusive nightlife event space, a private screening room, and a wellness centre.

We are now seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Chef to ensure the smooth operation of our kitchens throughout the night and deliver consistently high-quality dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook dishes for In Room Dining, and late-night guest requests to hotel standards.
• Preparation work for the restaurant.
• Preparation and cook dishes for team food. 
• Maintain consistency in food quality and presentation during overnight service.
• Uphold the highest food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards at all times.
• Conduct regular checks of kitchen equipment and ensure safe, clean, and organised work areas.
• Accurately monitor stock, label and rotate products, and minimise waste.
• Support in setting up for the following day’s service to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
• Respond promptly and professionally to any special dietary requests or guest requirements.
• Work independently and efficiently during night hours while supporting the wider Kitchen team.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as a Night Chef or in a similar role within a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant.
• Strong focus on operations, standards, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritise tasks overnight.
• Sound knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and allergen protocols.
