Chef de Partie – The BoTree

The BoTree has the prestigious title of Conde Nast Best New Hotel 2025. Nestled between Marylebone and Mayfair, our luxury hotel boasts 199 stunning guest rooms, including 29 suites, the renowned LAVO Italian restaurant, two unique bars, an exclusive nightlife event space, a private screening room, and Wellness.

We are now seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will bring creativity and precision to support the Head Chef in delivering consistently exceptional dishes across all dining experiences - from brunch service to special events. Experience in Italian cuisine is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Head Chef in providing menu items across all service periods, including brunch, à la carte dining, in-room dining, brunch and special events.
  • Preparation and cooking of dishes, with a strong focus on authentic Italian flavours, techniques, and presentation.
  • Ensure all menus are prepared to the highest standard, maintaining consistency and creativity.
  • Uphold the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP compliance.
  • Maintain safe, clean, and well-organised work areas.
  • Monitor stock levels and minimise waste through effective rotation and storage.
  • Collaborate closely with Kitchen team to deliver seamless guest experiences for all dining options and events.

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie (or similar role) in a luxury hotel or high-end Italian restaurant.
  • In-depth knowledge and passion for Italian cuisine, from traditional classics to modern interpretations.
  • Team working skills, with the ability to work well within a team.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Sound knowledge of food safety, allergen protocols, and kitchen operations.
