Hostess/Host
We're looking for warm, confident and professional Hostess/Host to join the front-of-house team at Lavo, our vibrant, high-energy Italian restaurant at The BoTree in the heart of London.
As a Hostess/Host, you'll be the first and last impression for every guest; setting the tone with a warm welcome, managing a smooth flow of bookings and walk-ins, and keeping things calm, clear and full of charm.
We're after someone who:
- Has experience in a high-volume, premium setting
- Brings positivity, polish and a natural sense of hospitality
- is confident with reservations systems and managing a busy door
- Communicates clearly and works brilliantly with the team
- Loves making guests feel special and seen
